Randstad Digital is hiring an IT Software Specialist - IAM for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days
- site; 2 days remote / week).

Responsabilidades chave

• Identity and Access Management Operations
  • Administer user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning,
    - provisioning, and
    - based access control (RBAC)
  • Investigate and resolve IAM system issues, focusing on Identity
    Now, Microsoft Entra, or equivalent tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Monitor and address IAM-related incidents, collaborating with relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Perform regular access reviews and audits, taking corrective actions to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• System Integration and Improvement
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions for secure and seamless resource access
  • Integrate IAM systems with
    - party applications to enhance authentication and access processes
  • Design and support user access review implementation within ITSM tools
  • Collaborate with IT Security teams to align IAM strategies with security initiatives and mitigate risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement improvements to IAM processes
• Documentation and Training
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and technical documentation
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and
    - users on IAM systems and best practices
• Collaboration and Strategic Planning
  • Act as liaison between application owners, auditors, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of IAM goals
  • Contribute to
    - term IAM strategies and initiatives to meet evolving business and security needs
• Recurring Tasks
  • Manage operational IAM activities, including incident resolution
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and new IAM solutions implementation
  • Support internal control team on user access management topics
  • Conduct IAM discrepancy checks across systems and collaborate with Service Desk to resolve issues
  • Generate and review Joiners/Leavers/Transfers reports, share findings, and implement corrective actions with management approval
  • Support Internal Control processes by gathering evidence for IAM compliance
  • Contribute to resolving IAM issues from ICOSIT testing
  • Identify and improve IAM process gaps
  • Manage
    - related tasks, including evidence upload and query resolution

Competências

• Proficiency in IAM systems, especially Identity
  Now and Microsoft Entra
• Familiarity with audit processes, user list management, and evidence gathering
• Strong organizational skills for task management
• Effective communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Strong scripting skills (Power
  Shell or similar)
• Solid understanding of API manipulation
• Proficiency in Active Directory and tools like Manage
  Engine ADAudit Plus
• Knowledge of Postman is a plus
• Knowledge of MS SQL and T-SQL is appreciated
