Job Responsibilities

1. Define and design
   - level architecture for existing Java/J2EE applications, both cloud and legacy.
2. Scope, analyze, and size business requirements.
3. Design solutions aligned with Nokia's best practices and enterprise standards.
4. Oversee technical aspects of project implementation in collaboration with project managers, data engineers, product owners, security teams, and
   - party providers.
5. Complete architecture and system documentation according to project milestones (PMM methodology).
6. Support project managers in understanding risks and impacts.
7. Translate business requirements into IT requirements with the IT Product owner.
8. Define IT requirements and approve solution designs.
9. Contribute to growing Nokia's cloud practice through knowledge sharing, education, and resource development.
10. Support team development activities and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
11. Assist in investment proposals with technical estimates and business cases.
12. Participate in prototyping and pilot projects, evaluating new technologies.
13. Partner with stakeholders to understand and capture business needs.
14. Stay updated on digital market trends and innovations.
15. Ensure solutions comply with security, legal, and compliance standards.
16. Lead technology selection processes with business and IT teams.
17. Create and maintain enterprise architecture diagrams.

Key Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8-12 years in business and process analysis for supply chain applications.
• 8-12 years in solution architecture across various technological models.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Java/J2EE, Angular, React. js, Node. js, and Webservices.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and microservice architecture design.
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev
  Ops environments.
• Knowledge of architecture tools (e. g. , Qualiware).
• Strong methodical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, with innovative thinking and
  - solving skills.
• Understanding of data protection, NSA standards, and information security.
• Knowledge of ITIL is advantageous.
