Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Manager with HR or IT systems background, experienced in both
- premise and cloud Saa
S solutions, with a focus on IT and Cybersecurity compliance.

As an IT Solution Expert for SAP HCM Integration with Workday, you will lead integrations of Workday with SAP HCM systems using platforms like Shape
In.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, implement, and operate integrations between Workday and SAP HCM modules (PY, PA, OM) using tools like Shape
   In.
2. Collaborate with global teams to understand business needs and ensure smooth integration processes.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
4. Optimize payroll workflows for efficiency and reliability.
5. Maintain documentation and provide training to internal teams.
6. Stay updated on Workday, SAP HCM, and best practices in integration platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations.
• Experience with Workday integrations and middleware solutions like Shape
  In.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM schemas, tables, features, and processes.
• First-hand experience with SAP Time.
• Customer-centric approach and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in an international, virtual team setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
