WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• 5+ years SAP SD implementation experience
• Experience with Agile development and
  - on implementation
• Deep knowledge of SAP Retail SD and ECC SD processes
• Experience with
  - premise and cloud/Saa
  S applications in SAP and digital tech
• Self-starter with
  -
  - end process and solution leadership skills
• Knowledge of industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL
• Proven ability to work in
  - paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and
  - solving skills
• Passion for continuous learning and a
  - centric mindset
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead initiatives
• Creative thinking and organizational skills
• Project management experience is a plus

• Design and build SAP OTC and Retail solutions aligned with business goals
• Gather requirements, lead discussions, coordinate testing, and deliver value
• Recommend solution designs based on data and process knowledge
• Configure and develop in SAP and Retail domains
• Ensure solutions align with architecture, principles, and best practices
• Resolve project issues, assess risks, and communicate with executives
• Coordinate implementation initiatives and support existing applications
