We are looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our i
CS Solutions Team and to be responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of IT Solutions according to our company’s digitalization roadmap.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

- Implementation and support of SAP, K2 Workflow and/or Power
BI solutions;

- Proactively identify and implement digitalization opportunities;

- Perform detailedanalysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions;

- Identify, interpret and validate customer requirements;

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements;

- Map business requirements, processes and objectives;

- Develop necessary solutions to satisfy clients’ needs;

- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions;

- Document functional designs, test cases and results;

- Provide
- hoc training and user support as required.

We are looking for:

- Experience with SAP, Power BI and K2 will be highly valued;

- Experience or familiarity with programming languages will be considered an advantage;

- Experience with workflow design or automation is a plus;

- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related studies;

- Fluent in English;

- Willingness to learn and proactive attitude towards learning;

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a
- pressure environment;

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time;

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
