We are looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our i
CS Solutions Team and to be responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of IT Solutions according to our company’s digitalization roadmap.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support of SAP, K2 Workflow and/or Power
BI solutions;

• Proactively identify and implement digitalization opportunities;

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions;

• Identify, interpret and validate customer requirements;

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements;

• Map business requirements, processes and objectives;

• Develop necessary solutions to satisfy clients’ needs;

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions;

• Document functional designs, test cases and results;

• Provide
- hoc training and user support as required.

We are looking for:

• Experience with SAP, Power BI and K2 will be highly valued;

• Experience or familiarity with programming languages will be considered an advantage;

• Experience with workflow design or automation is a plus;

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related studies;

• Fluent in English;

• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude towards learning;

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a
- pressure environment;

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time;

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
