About The Job

The IT Specialist's mission is to contribute to the functional and
- related consistency of the IT solution and ensure service continuity and ongoing development. The developer must perform activities within the framework of projects and/or application maintenance and development, seeking continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with quality and security guidelines and best practices. Additionally, they will lead and align the technical direction of the IT solution, establishing a technical vision, resolving technical questions, and managing the technical quality of team deliverables.

Your Main Activities Are

1. Code and test software components assigned to them for their responsible technical domains, in compliance with development and security standards.
2. Assist in designing, modeling, and implementing the product's solution to optimize code quality and maintainability.
3. Participate in delivering product components across different environments, collaborating closely with other teams as needed.
4. Keep architecture documentation updated and contribute to defining architecture strategy. Suggest optimizations and improvements for efficiency.
5. Analyze, design, model, and implement application solutions based on requirements, considering data and security challenges.
6. Analyze incidents and propose preventive action plans for improvement.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Up to 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong IT knowledge and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous work habits.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and establish relevant performance indicators.
