About The Job
The IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the functional and
- related consistency of the IT solution, maintaining service continuity, and supporting continuous development. The Developer performs activities within project frameworks and/or application maintenance and development, ensuring compliance with Quality and Security guidelines and best practices. Additionally, they lead and align the technical direction of the IT solution, establishing a technical vision, resolving technical questions, and managing the technical quality of team deliverables.
Your Main Activities
- Code and test software components assigned to their responsibility, adhering to development and security standards.
- Assist in designing, modeling, and implementing the product’s solution to optimize code quality and maintainability.
- Participate in delivering product components across different environments in collaboration with other teams.
- Maintain updated architecture documentation and contribute to defining architecture strategies, suggesting optimizations for efficiency.
- Analyze, design, model, and implement application solutions based on requirements, addressing data and security challenges.
- Analyze incidents and propose preventive actions for improvement.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Up to 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong IT knowledge and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and rigor in work delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and set relevant performance indicators.
