Job Opening: IT Support Specialist (Portuguese Speaker)

Location: Aveiro, Portugal | Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aveiro. In this
- time,
- site role, you will play a vital part in supporting our internal IT operations, ensuring system reliability and providing technical assistance across the organization.

• Maintain and support network infrastructure and associated systems;
• Assist in managing Microsoft Azure services, virtual machines, and user access controls;
• Monitor system performance and resolve connectivity or configuration issues;
• Provide general IT support, including security updates, system backups, and troubleshooting;
• Document procedures and contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
• Proven experience in IT networking and systems administration;
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and
  - based environments;
• Familiarity with standard networking protocols and services (e. g. , TCP/IP, DNS);
• Residency in the Aveiro area is preferred.
