About You

We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to join our IT department in Lisbon. In this role, you'll be responsible for IT support, operations, administration, IT security, and procurement, ensuring that Bobbers have a secure and seamless IT experience globally. You will act as the go‐to person for IT in our Lisbon office, with a primary focus on serving our teams in the EMEA, and contribute to maintaining and improving our IT security posture, endpoint management & security, identity management, and compliance while supporting day‐to‐day IT operations as part of our global IT team.

Job Requirements

- Can demonstrate 3‐5 years of experience as an Senior IT Helpdesk / IT Specialist in a Saa
S organisation.

- Hands‐on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting, and can diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Have strong troubleshooting skills for mac
OS and Windows 10/11, including experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Jumpcloud, etc. ).

- Experienced admin of Saa
S platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365 and more.

- Have hands‐on experience managing security tools (EDR, IAM, MDM, SIEM, vulnerability management).

- Are self‐motivated and self‐directed – you'll take a task and run with it through to completion.

- Exceptional service oriented – our Bobbers are our customers, and we care about ensuring their IT experience is seamless.

- You're proactive and you always look for ways to improve how things work.

- You are comfortable with a sense of ownership. In this role you'll be the IT representative on the ground in Lisbon but also own remote sites and their needs.

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding technical support to Bobbers' requests and issues related to workstation hardware and software (both Windows & mac
OS), network connectivity, audio/video, and web conferencing systems.

- Configure and support Single Sign‐On (SSO) configurations for various cloud platforms and applications.

- Owner of IT stock and asset management in Lisbon and EMEA, coordinate IT orders and stock, collaborating closely with suppliers and vendors.

- Provide both on‐site and remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.

- Administrate corporate cloud services such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Zoom, Service
Now, Office 365 and more.

- Assist with network administration tasks.

- Support IT security incidents by detecting, analyzing, and responding to security alerts from security tools, logs, and endpoint solutions.

- Lead seamless IT onboarding for all new Bobbers and ensure complete off‐boarding processes when Bobbers leave.

- Lead challenging, technological projects that support the growth and scale of Hi
Bob.

- Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations.

- Assist with Global Saa
S management – reduce idle licenses, close unused tools, and support vendor consolidation where applicable.

- Always look for opportunities to enhance IT efficiency and security, automating where possible.

- Support our internal events, general Audio‐Video and Digital Signage with best‐in‐class hardware and software.

- Invest in building automations for repetitive tasks, tickets and to bring innovation.
