Purpose of the job / Responsibilities:

You will join the Business Solutions – Record to Report Team, part of Group Applications IT in Global IT. Our responsibilities include rolling out SAP FI/CO/SD/MM across DSV's global setup, implementing other SAP solutions, supporting and improving business processes, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations across countries.

Tasks:

As an SAP functional consultant, you will:

• Provide solution recommendations, considering scope and client requirements, and configure SAP modules within FI/CO/SD/MM
• Provide functional support on SAP modules within FI/CO/SD/MM
• Ensure proper technical design, configuration, business requirements gathering, and creation of technical specifications within the DSV SAP template
• Prepare requirements, design, and technical documentation
• Assess impact and identify gaps in current business processes
• Collaborate with business and SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions
• Apply
  - solving and
  - thinking skills to develop solutions to business or technical challenges

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP ERP as FI-CO functional consultant, with experience in global rollouts; experience in SD/MM modules is a plus
• Ideally 2+ years of S/4HANA experience
• Experience in preparing requirements, design, and technical documentation
• Ability to lead and communicate SAP data standards and limitations to the business and assist in data readiness
• Understanding of
  -
  - end finance business processes
• Technology consulting expertise, capable of leading workshops and training sessions
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team
• Proactive in communication and task management
• Experience working remotely with team members in different locations
• Flexible, adaptable, and quick learner to changing needs and deadlines
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, especially in finance systems/processes
• Willingness to travel occasionally
