Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced in
  - line IT support using ITSM platforms, with solid knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and AIX.
• Skilled in incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring system availability in critical environments.

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• 2–3 years in IT support, infrastructure, and systems management
• Incident resolution, request handling, and monitoring of
  - premises and Azure services
• Collaboration with development, operations, security, and GRC teams to ensure effective integration
• Documentation of procedures, best practices, and maintaining a knowledge base for continuous improvement

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, AIX
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Iaa

• Scripting: Shell, Bash, Power
