About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative IT professional to join our team as a 2nd Line Support Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
- solving, working closely with colleagues, and supporting customers with technical issues. You will be part of a dynamic environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
What You’ll Do
- Provide
- line technical support for infrastructure and operations issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from 1st line support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
- Monitor systems and services using tools like Datadog and AWS Cloud

Technical Environment
Experience or familiarity with the following tools is a plus:
- Databases: SQL Server, AWS Aurora and RDS, Dynamo
DB - Cloud Services: AWS & Microsoft Azure
- Collaboration & Dev
Ops Tools: Git
Hub, Slack, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) - Monitoring: Datadog, AWS Cloud
