Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users and systems;

Resolve incidents and technical issues;

Ensure theproper functioning of IT infrastructures;

Participate in continuous improvement projects;

Document procedures and solutions.

At least 1 year of experience in IT support;

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

Familiarity withnetworking and virtualization tools;

Strong communication and
