Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
• Participate in the configuration of support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Previous experience working with specialized support teams;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the following technologies or platforms:
• . NET/C#
• Mongo
  DB
• SQL Server
• Sales
  Force Commerce Cloud
• PHP
• Experience with APIs (APIGEE), tools like JIRA and Git
  Hub, and knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) will be valued;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity, and
  - motivation;
