It Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Be the bridge between the Customer Support and Software Development teams.
• Investigate abnormal behaviors by analyzing logs and metrics.
• Extract complex reports directly from the Postgre
  SQL database.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and latency issues.
• Execute bulk operations.
• Interact with external vendors (e. G. , payment gateways) to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to elevate or address deeper technical problems.
• Document procedures and create internal tools to facilitate technical support (e. G. , Retool).
• Monitor and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues before they impact production.
• Implement automations for monitoring, scalability, and recovery.
• Maintain and improve CI / CD pipelines using AWS Code
  Pipeline.
• Optimize cloud resource usage to reduce operational costs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience in
  - level technical support or IT operations.
• Strong ability to analyze logs and diagnose issues in distributed systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Postgre
  SQL (queries, reports, operations).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Cloud
  Watch and Sentry.
• Familiarity with Retool for creating and using internal interfaces.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS).
