Job Description:

One of our clients, a Contact Center company is recruiting IT support in Lisbon to work on site:

Your day to day:

• Configure and implement computer and telephony equipment;
  
  
  
  
• Provide supportto users;
  
  
  
  
• Resolve or escalate network or system incidents;
  
  
  
  
• Manage local stock in conjunction with the purchasing department.

Requirements:

• French native speaker;
  
  
  
  
• Residencycard valid in Portugal;
  
  
  
  
• Previous experience in the technical environment:
  
  Landesk, Windows 7 and 10, TOIP, Active Directory, Office 365;
  
  
  
  
• Between 2and 5years of experience.
