We are looking for a IT Technical support ( Helpdesk )

Main Tasks:

• Provide
  - person /
  -
  - face IT support in a
  - scale
  - user environment.
• Offer remote support and provide
  - desk / field support.
• Work with procedures and manage tasks via tickets.
• Assist users with migration from desktop to HVD (Hosted Virtual Desktop).

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in hardware and software.
• Proficient in networking and security.
• Strong
  - solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with VDI / HVD environments.

Main Technologies:

• MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment (Cisco), i
  Phone & Mac, Smartpass, Active Directory, Network protocols.

Language Skills:

• English (fluent).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multitasking situations.

Hybrid Role in Lisbon.
