What is the role overview?
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Lead to drive support initiatives across our business and Temenos platform. This role blends hands‑on problem‑solving with strategic system optimization and mentoring. You’ll play a key role in enhancing IT processes and aligning support with business goals.
Previous experience in the financial sector is essential.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Manage and resolve incidents and problems across systems
- Own complex support cases and coordinate resolution across teams
- Provide guidance and backup to junior IT support colleagues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure IT support meets operational needs
What are we looking for?
1) Experience
- Solid knowledge of Corporate Actions, Securities Transactions, and Settlement
- Experience with Core Banking systems (Temenos or similar)
- Strong skills in scripting, automation, and system integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
2) Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Team player with experience in distributed teams
- University degree or equivalent qualification
