? We are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Exchange and collaboration platforms (e. g. , Microsoft 365, Teams, Share
Point, Outlook) to join an international infrastructure team based in Porto.
As a key member of the Messaging Support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting incidents, ensuring smooth communication across platforms, and escalating complex issues when needed. This role bridges L1 and L3 support, requiring both technical depth and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 user incidents related to Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Exchange, Teams, Share
Point, Outlook, etc. ). - Perform email tracing and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support or external vendors (e. g. , Microsoft, Cisco, Sharing
Cloud). - Maintain effective collaboration with internal infrastructure teams.
- Act as the main contact point for
- party collaboration platforms (e. g. , Sharing
Cloud, OOdrive). - Contribute to email migration projects and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Propose optimizations for incident management processes.
Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration (ideally in messaging/collaboration environments).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Office 365 (Exchange Online), and Teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Skype for Business, Enterprise Vault, and email archiving solutions.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e. g. , Power
Shell).
