- Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and
- Maintain / Enrich knowledge articles**Technical skills**:
- AS400 and Unix troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data
- Familiar with Production support tools like Service

- English - Expert**Qualification & Experience**:
- Total 5+ years of overall IT experience. - Total 2+ years of in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)- With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first &
