IT Support

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits (minimum twice per site, per month).
• Produce and submit monthly activity and visit reports.
• Support
  - site resolution of minor IT issues and report larger incidents through defined IT processes.
• Act as a bridge between store operations, regional management, and the central IT Department.
• Support IT operations
  -
  - hand with Store Directors and Platform Responsibles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of IT Support Experience.
• Strong technical understanding across IT infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent communication and
  - facing skills.
• Driver’s license (mandatory).
• Preferably resident within or near the assigned region.
• Certification for operating lifting platforms (mandatory).
