Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking aLead AI Technologistto spearhead the design, implementation, and enablement of AI-powered solutions across Corporate IT. This role is central to ourIntelligent Automationstrategy, with a strong focus on using AI to streamline internal processes, automate tasks, and enhance employee productivity.

You will lead the technical roadmap for AI adoption, evaluate enterprise AI tools, and ensure all implementations align with our architecture, security, and business goals.

This is ahybrid role: remote work is possible, but occasional presence in the Lisbon office will be required for key meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead thetechnical roadmap for AI adoptionwithin Corporate IT, aligned with the broader Intelligent Automation strategy.
• Design and implementAI-driven solutionsthat automate business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
• Act as thetechnical leadfor enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure Open
  AI.
• Lead theexploration and implementation of Agentic AI capabilities, including autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute
  - step tasks across enterprise systems.
• Develop and optimizeprompt engineering strategiesto maximize the effectiveness of generative and agentic AI tools in
  - world use cases.
• Evaluate and recommend enterprise AI applications—including vendor solutions, internal prototypes, and
  - native tools—ensuring they meet technical, security, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT architecture, data, security, and business teams to ensurescalable, secure, and compliant AI implementations.
• Contribute toAI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, and internal policy development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Gen
  AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e. g. , Azure Open
  AI, Copilot Studio).
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
