IT Support

We are currently looking for IT Support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong technical understanding across IT infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent communication and
  - facing skills.
• Driver’s license (mandatory).
• Preferably resident within or near the assigned region.
• Certification for operating lifting platforms (mandatory).

Key responsibilities

• Performing site visits (minimum twice per site, per month).
• Producing and submitting monthly activity and visit reports.
• Supporting
  - site resolution of minor IT issues and reporting larger incidents through defined IT processes.
• Acting as a bridge between store operations, regional management, and the central IT Department.
• Supporting IT operations
  -
  - hand with Store Directors and Platform Responsibles.
