What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Develop and implement automated solutions using Power
  Shell, Ansible, and scripting to streamline IT operations.
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory environments.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams (Dev and Ops) to deploy and support automated solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and
  - technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into simple terms.
• Analyze system and support data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems, networks, and automation tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Windows systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e. g. , Power
  Shell, Ansible).
• Experience in network configuration and management (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory).
• Excellent
  - solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a
  - oriented environment.
• Analytical thinking and
  - driven
  - making abilities.
