• Second level support for our Road transport management applications
• Processing, analyzing and solving support requests and creating of documentation
• Preparation, execution and control of regular or unscheduled program changes on the test and production environments
• Support with the technical setup of new operating sites
• Single point of contact for our Service Desk and close cooperation with specialist departments and development groups in the course of problem solving

• Successfully completed training in the field of IT
• High IT affinity and enjoy solving software and technical problems, as well as the willingness to learn solution methods for IT problems
• Several years of experience in first or second level support
• Confident handling of Office programs and other IT tools (e. G. Confluence, Jira)
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and
  - oriented mindset desirable
• Good knowledge of English
