1. Experience in service desk or helpdesk roles within
   - paced environments.
2. Background in Computer Information Systems.
3. Experience with MAC and Windows configurations.
4. Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
5. Experience with Google Suite and Atlassian products.
6. Knowledge of VPN, networking, and Wi
   Fi configurations.
7. Experience with conferencing technologies is a plus.
8. Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications.
9. Availability to work fully
   - site at our Carnaxide office.
10. Proficiency in English communication skills.
