IT Support Technician Digital Workplace - English and Portuguese (M/F/D)

About the Role

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the
- to expert for
- site technical support in our Lisbon office. You'll ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, and collaboration tools, while working closely with global colleagues in France, Spain, Italy, and Germany. This
- on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a difference in people's daily work lives.

What You Will Do

• Installation and replacing end user IT workplace equipment (pc's, smartphones, printers, collaboration tools).
• Support managing local servers and networks in collaboration with global IT teams.
• Processing and taking ownership of tickets from customers
• Administration of IT assets (hard- and software).
• Training and education of users in relation to IT workplace and collaboration tools.
• Contributing to improvement of IT services and knowledge databases.
• Supporting local applications (where applicable and in line with global policies).
• Following (internal and external) audit requirements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in local IT support or similar
  - on technical roles.
• Experience with Office 365, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with service management tools (e. G. , ticketing systems).
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and
  - oriented mindset.
