Main Responsibilities

• Deliver
  - notch
  - person and remote IT support across desks, offices, and field locations
• Solve hardware, software, and network issues confidently
• Manage logistics, stock control, and
  - office IT tasks
• Utilize ticketing systems and follow procedures to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Profile:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, Active Directory, i
  Phones, Macs, printers, audiovisual equipment (Cisco)
• Familiarity with network protocols and IT security
• Microsoft-savvy with troubleshooting skills and critical thinking
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Clear communication skills and a
  - first mindset
• Reliability, organization, and team player attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
