IT System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled IT Administrator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our internal systems consistently meet the performance, uptime, resource, and security requirements necessary to support our users and organizational goals. Your expertise will be key in optimizing system reliability and ensuring seamless IT operations across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Handle user identities, access rights, and controls;
• Provide technical support to
  - users and resolve complex technical issues;
• Introduction of new technologies and updates, evaluation of company’s technical configurations for further improvement or purchase.
• Manage and maintain inventory of company assets, including endpoints, information systems, subscriptions, and licenses;
• Provide a single point of contact for employees for IT service activities, problems, and incidents;
• Support requests and incidents in the help desk ticketing system;
• Continuously monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, and respond to security incidents promptly;

It’s a Match If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in network security, IT security, or a related field, with specific experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructures;
• Hands-on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, mobile device management systems,
  - virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
• Strong knowledge of mac
  OS operating systems;
• Experience in administering
  - based systems, including Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and other similar platforms;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• A strong aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing problems, and implementing effective solutions;
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and
  - technical team members.
• B1-B2 level of English.
• Comfortable with working remotely, across different time zones;

Nice To Have:

• Knowledge or proven experience of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e. g. , ISO 27001, SOC2, CIS18).
