• Provide worldwide support and continuous improvement of the Linux-based infrastructure, focusing on network core services (DNS/DHCP).
• Plan, implement, and operate tools for monitoring the global IT infrastructure.
• Support email and web proxy systems, with particular emphasis on content security.
• Collaborate closely with other teams and contribute to cross-functional IT projects.
• Deliver second-level support and act as a central point of contact for inquiries related to assigned services.
• Drive ongoing optimization and expansion of the IT services portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical training.
• Solid knowledge of Debian Linux server systems (or similar distributions).
• Experience with monitoring tools and Ansible Playbooks is an advantage.
• Ideally, initial
  - on experience in planning and operating core network services (DNS/DHCP, etc. ).
• Strong service orientation, proactive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Good command of English (mandatory);
