Your Mission

ou’ll play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure, from servers and networks to backups, monitoring, and cybersecurity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and backups.
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and network hardware, as well as operating systems.
  • Ensuring the availability and performance of IT systems and networks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the infrastructure for early detection of problems.
  • Managing user accounts, access rights, and group policies.
  • Performing regular software updates and patches.
  • Ensuring data security and recovery in case of failure.
  • Planning and implementing IT projects to improve the infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software errors.
  • Documenting IT infrastructure and administrative tasks.
  • Implementing and maintaining security guidelines, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.


Server Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).
  • Apply security patches and updates regularly.
  • Monitor server performance and availability.
  • Manage virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V).

Backup and Recovery:

  • Implement and test backup strategies.
  • Restore systems and data in case of hardware failure or security incident.
  • Maintain disaster recovery plans.

Monitoring and Alerts:

  • Set up alerts for system failures or resource thresholds.
  • Use monitoring systems and act proactively on performance degradation.

Software Deployment and Updates:

  • Automate or manually deploy software and patches.
  • Maintain version control and licensing compliance.

Security:

  • Enforce cybersecurity policies.
  • Manage antivirus and security systems used internally.
  • Monitor logs and investigate anomalies or breaches.

User and Access Management:

  • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions (Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Set up and enforce password policies and access controls.

Project and Collaboration Tasks:

  • Support IT infrastructure aspects of wider business/IT projects.
  • Create technical documentation.

Organization:

  • Create and update IT documentation.
  • Update the knowledge database.
  • Register and follow up on security incidents.
  • Optimize internal procedures.


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and security
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with
    - functional teams
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to improve systems and processes
