IT Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finding and attracting the best talent to contribute to our company's growth. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, collaborating with various teams to identify and attract the best candidates.
Responsibilities
- Use sourcing methods such as social media and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Help manage the

- end recruitment process, from initial contact with the candidate through to onboarding. - Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and suitability.
- Collaborate with managers to understand specific job requirements and refine shortlists.
- Creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least two years’ experience in recruiting IT professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Strong

- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Hybrid regime in the Porto or Lisbon office.
