Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements;
  
  
  
  
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical positions;
  
  
  
  
• Evaluate andmatch candidates with suitable job opportunities;
  
  
  
  
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals;
  
  
  
  
• Conductnegotiations and facilitate the offer process;
  
  
  
  
• Stay updatedon industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  
  
  
  
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a
  - paced environment;
  
  
  
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools;
  
  
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
  
  
  
  
• Fluencyin English.
