We're looking for someone who has:

1-5 years of experience as a recruitment consultant/advisor/talent acquisition assistant preferred. An applied interest in talent acquisition demonstrable through education, internships, or other means will also be considered. High attention to detail and a personable and professional approach. Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to work proactively and manage my own workload. Ability to travel infrequently across North America, as necessary.
