The ideal candidate has sourcing experience in the Portuguese market and a proven track record of identifying and engaging Big Data Specialists, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Java/Python Engineers, QA Engineers and Dev
Ops professionals.

Essential functions

• Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract candidates with IT expertise - including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals and more.
• Screen profiles and resumes, create personalized outreach messages, build and maintain a connection with candidates.
• Record and track candidate interactions, progress and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, providing accurate and constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruiter, within the IT industry.
• Familiarity with IT domain and technical terminology; ability to understand and effectively communicate job requirements to potential candidates.
• Ability to creatively source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
  - paced environment.
