Main Responsibilities:
Manage
-
- end recruitment processes across various departments and technical roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Source top talent using both conventional and creative channels.
Promote structured, inclusive, and efficient interview processes across the company.
Provide market insights and hiring data to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition , ideally in
- paced tech or Fin
Tech environments.
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with sourcing tools/platforms.
Proven success in recruiting across different geographies and departments.
A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
Genuine passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse teams.
➡ Fluency in English (French is a plus)
Location: Hybrid – Porto or Lisbon
