IT Team Lead Application Operations BA OESL

We are looking for an IT Team Lead in Application Operations for our OESL Data Center & Cloud team. You will be responsible for overseeing the
-
- day technical operations, monitoring and support for critical enterprise applications and databases on cloud and data center infrastructure. This role ensures central database servers are healthy, performing, and available, and leads incident resolution while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure system health, performance, and availability of central database servers
• Lead incident resolution and drive operational excellence
• Develop and optimize monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports for the Infrastructure and Data Center teams
• Manage IT operations, including budget planning and vendor management
• Lead
  - functional teams and drive service delivery improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in leadership or a senior technical role
• Strong expertise in application monitoring and SQL/Oracle database management on cloud and
  - prem infrastructure
• Experience in managing IT operations, including budget planning and vendor management
• Proven track record in leading
  - functional teams and driving service delivery
• Experience with M&A integration and leading complex projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications in workplace technologies or IT service management are a plus
