• Take a leading management role and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Develop and communicate a strategic software architecture vision that aligns with business goals and requirements.
• Take technical responsibility for application development with a focus on Java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Design and document the overall system architecture, including software components, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools used in the development process.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.

What we would like you to bring

• Exceptional knowledge of software architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Advanced practical experience in Java application development as well as related technologies, Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate), JUnit, and Mockito.
• Confidence with tools like Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, and ideally Intelli
  J IDEA, REST API, Node
  JS, Rabbit
  MQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgre
  SQL, VS Code, Open
  Shift, or AWS.
• Interest in working with agile methodologies and further developing agile strategies.
• High level of initiative, team, and communication skills, as well as a
  - oriented and structured working method.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
