Your Role

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an IT Team Lead (m/f/d) to support our agile software development team in building and maintaining our TMS solutions. With your agile mindset, passion for new technologies, and proactivity, you will understand customer needs and deliver optimal solutions.

Your Responsibilities

1. Utilize lean and agile methodologies to oversee the pace, scale, and performance of your team's delivery and line management.
2. Review product requirements within the team and provide feedback to product owners and stakeholders.
3. Lead a culture of technical analysis and software development estimations.
4. Drive continuous improvement within the team in a dynamic environment.
5. Measure and review productivity, velocity, quality, and delivery timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Manage technical resources, capacity planning within budget and schedule, and facilitate team ceremonies.

Your Skills and Experiences

1. Academic degree in IT or a related field.
2. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); agile certifications are a plus.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
4. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, especially regarding technical risks and issues.
5. Leadership qualities, demonstrating professionalism, work ethic, passion, and motivation.
6. Strong team player.
7. Java background and/or Angular experience is advantageous.
