Kuehne+Nagel is looking for an IT Team Lead (m/f/d) to support our agilesoftware developmentteam in building and maintaining our Rating system. With your agile mindset, passion for new technologies, and proactivity, you will understand our customer's needs and provide them with the best solutions.

How you create impact

• Using lean and agile methodologies, you will be responsible for the pace, scale, and performance of yourteam's delivery.
• Manage the review of product requirements within the team and feedbackto product owners and stakeholders.
• Lead a culture oftechnical analysisandsoftware developmentestimations.
• Drive the team to keep improving in a changing environment.
• Measure and review the
  Productivity, Velocity, Quality, and Duration of delivery, taking prompt corrective action where necessary.
• Manage all technical resources and capacity plans within budget and project schedule and facilitate team ceremonies.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Academic degree in IT or similar.
• Experience working withagile methodologies(Scrum/Kanban) - Agile certifications are a plus point for us.
• Good communication and presentation skills, for example, in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, particularly regarding technical risks, issues, and constraints.
• Demonstrate senior principles, leading by example, showing work ethic and passion, professional attitude, and a motivator.
• A strong team player.
• Javabackground and/or
  Angularwill be a plus.
