We are recruiting an IT Team Leader to coordinate a team of Production Engineers within an international organisation running critical business operations. The focus of this role is to ensure service continuity and performance, develop the team, and structure processes that will support the growth of the area.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s daily activity, ensuring planning, effort estimation, delivery
  - up and analysis of relevant KPIs.
• Define guidelines, processes and practices that promote efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
• Play an active role in new projects, collaborating with different internal areas and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders.
• Closely support each team member, promoting technical and professional development, evaluating performance, motivation and individual growth needs.
• Manage all team dynamics: workload distribution, holiday and absence planning, onboarding of new team members, and support in recruitment and mobility processes.
• Coordinate production operations to ensure proper functioning of applications and infrastructures in a Run environment.
• Act as a bridge between the technical team and business areas, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Guarantee stability, availability and quality of application operations on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading Application Management / Application Production teams.
• Strong background in troubleshooting, scripting or programming, with the ability to step in technically when needed.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Collaborative profile with strong people‑motivation skills and the ability to guide teams towards results.
• Hands‑on attitude, customer orientation and focus on ensuring service continuity.
