We are looking for a Team Leader for BPCE IT Corp

Main Responsibilities:

1. Managing the
   -
   - day activities of the team and acting as a facilitator with different teams.
2. Motivating the team to achieve performance goals.
3. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
4. Identifying training needs for the Team Members.
5. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
6. Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
7. Defining strategies with management for the development of activities locally.
8. Gathering metrics and calculating KPIs to help set goals for the team.
9. Being
   - on: developing with the team as part of your daily activities.
10. Ensuring the team has all necessary resources to guarantee deliveries.
11. Having a good knowledge of the group’s CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications

Team Leader Requirements:

• IT or related University/College degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English).
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Strong organizational skills to guide the team effectively.

The job involves early mornings at Campo 24 de Agosto, with a dynamic schedule including French classes, medical appointments, and social activities such as board games, band rehearsals, surfing, and football matches. Flexibility for working from home and participating in various
