Responsibilities

- Provide direction and set the organization for the team by providing guidelines and constructing processes, and guide team members to reach business goals.

- Be the first line in charge of people development, supporting the team’s performance, motivation and professional growth.

- Ensure service continuity and availability and steer run performance.

- Manage activity from a business and team management perspective, including estimations and planning for development activities, reporting the necessary KPIs, and ensuring team alignment with results.

- Contribute to the development of new projects and manage stakeholder relationships, while supporting transversal projects to improve overall efficiency.

- Support, develop and empower team members, focusing on individual skillsets, aspirations and development needs to prepare them for current roles and future challenges.

- Coordinate workload planning and distribution (including holidays and absences), support recruitment processes, mobility and onboarding;



evaluate daily workandwrite annual appraisals;



monitor performanceandmotivation.

- Coordinate people involved in production to guarantee the quality of applications and infrastructure operations.

- Maintain clear communication with the Business.

- Ensure proper functioning of applications and infrastructures used by the Business.

Profile and Skills to Success

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related

- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar

- Advanced level of English, both written and oral

- Ability to collaborate / teamwork

- Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment

- Client focused

- Personal impact / ability to influence
