Your Role

Key Responsibilities

- end technical design and implementation of digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, and API integrations). - Collaborate with the IT architecture team on reusable components, templates, connected backend systems and workflows in AEM.
- Work together with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, architecture, backend developers, Dev
Ops engineers, and business product owners to align technical deliverables with business requirements. - Oversee development activities, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices for AEM development.
- Integrate AEM with third‑party systems (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, etc. ).
- Ensure performance optimization, stability, scalability, and legal & security compliance across all AEM implementations.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to agile processes and CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical expertise during estimation, planning, and risk management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AEM.
- Strong expertise in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, OSGi bundles, Sling Models, and dispatcher configuration.
- Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, Java
Script, and front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Stencil). - RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.
- Experience with AEM as a Managed Cloud Service and AEM 6. x.
- Working knowledge of Dev
Ops tools: Git, Sonar
Qube, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving skills, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with cross‑functional global teams.
- Fluent English language skills; basic Portuguese language skills would be a plus.
