Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the
  -
  - end technical design and implementation of digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, and API integrations).
• Collaborate with the IT architecture team on reusable components, templates, connected backend systems and workflows in AEM.
• Work together with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, architecture, backend developers, Dev
  Ops engineers, and business product owners to align technical deliverables with business requirements.
• Oversee development activities, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices for AEM development.
• Integrate AEM with third‑party systems (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, etc. ).
• Ensure performance optimization, stability, scalability, and legal & security compliance across all AEM implementations.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to agile processes and CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical expertise during estimation, planning, and risk management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AEM.
• Strong expertise in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, OSGi bundles, Sling Models, and dispatcher configuration.
• Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, Java
  Script, and front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Stencil).
• RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Experience with AEM as a Managed Cloud Service and AEM 6. x.
• Working knowledge of Dev
  Ops tools: Git, Sonar
  Qube, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving skills, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with cross‑functional global teams.
• Fluent English language skills; basic Portuguese language skills would be a plus.
