Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for the IT hub, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Innovative Strategies: Design and implement
- edge recruitment approaches, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to attract
- tier tech professionals. - Direct Sourcing Expertise: Utilize platforms like Linked
In, professional communities, and unconventional channels to find and engage the best talent. - Contract Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of work contracts, ensuring smooth processes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the German Recruiting team to align strategies and advise the IT department on tailored hiring solutions.
- Event Recruitment: Actively participate in university events, recruiting fairs, and global initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- External Partnerships: Work with
- hunters and service providers to strengthen the team and expand our reach.
Überzeugendes Profil
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in IT or consulting.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering a positive candidate experience and attracting talent aligned with our mission.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR systems such as Avature, Workday, and SAP HCM, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Modern Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in platforms like Linked
