IT Technical Support
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
- Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or
- users, escalating complex issues when necessary - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks
- Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base
Skills:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies
- Experience with relational database management and querying
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell)
- Development skills are a plus, such as Python, Java, C#, or Java
Script - Fluent level of English
