The opportunity
The IT Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring employees have reliable access to the technology and tools needed to work productively. This position combines
- on technical support, device management, and IT asset lifecycle oversight with administrative and operational responsibilities. By maintaining robust MDM solutions, optimizing IT processes, and ensuring seamless procurement and vendor coordination, the role supports both

- day operations and
- term technology strategy. Ultimately, this position helps drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the company’s IT infrastructure, directly contributing to business growth and employee success.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Perform routine checks on hardware, software, and systems, maintaining operational excellence.
- Support device management, including mac
OS, i
OS, and related platforms using modern MDM solutions. - Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement processes.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and managing
- related expenses. - Ensure comprehensive documentation, from procedures to asset records.
- Contribute proactively to improve IT procedures and efficiency through automation, AI and process enhancements.
- Provide administrative support to the IT team, including managing documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or IT administrative roles.
- Experience managing hardware and software assets across an organization.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and independently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Self-driven, proactive, humble, and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bonus if you have
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Experience managing logistics and working with global shipping carriers.
- Exposure to cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions (e. g. , JAMF, Kandji, Intune) for managing Apple devices.
- Interest or experience in cybersecurity best practices.
