We are looking for anIT Technical support Technician (Helpdesk)to join our company in one of our projects, inLisboa.

Tasks:

• Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a
  - scale
  - user environment;
• Work by procedures and tickets;
• Support users’ migration from desktop to HVD

Requirements:

• Hardware and Software;
• Networking and security;
• Problem solving and critical thinking;
• VDI / HVD;
• Communication;
• Customer oriented;
• Teamwork;
• Multitasking Ability;

Work Arrangement:

• 100% On-site
