We are seeking a IT Technician (English & French Speakers) to join our team in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming
  - user requests and incidents, including investigation, troubleshooting, analysis, resolution, and escalation.
• Interact with
  - users via calls, email, and chat.
• Own incidents and communicate throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage
  - policy and
  -
  - policy service requests.
• Execute IMACD tasks.
• Raise requests for authorization of service requests.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, tablets, VPNs, etc.
• Experience in IT support, technical support, or
  - user support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS (Windows 11).
• Assist
  - users with software installations and hardware repairs.
• Understanding of VMs and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of mobile devices and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with ticketing and CMDB tools.
